We would petition the government to institute a system of gladiatorial combat in the US justice system. The implementation of such a system would allow for the depopulation of prisons, a suitable form of punishment for those charged with rape, pedophilia, or murder in the first degree, and generate revenue while providing a disincentive for lawbreaking.
