Institute a tax break for purchasing or possessing an Ar-15

Americans are woefully under protected, with fewer and fewer police officers on the streets self reliance is becoming your only option in home defense. You still own a smoke detector even though there's a fire department, correct? Then doesn't it make sense to own an Ar15 even though we have a police department? When you dial 911 in an emergency you're praying a cop with an Ar15 will arrive in time to save you or your familie's lives. In order to promote a safer and more protected America, I suggest a tax deduction for being an owner of an Ar15, and a further tax deduction for proof of attending training and safety courses.
