Ever since the outsourcing craze began in the late 90's, American companies have been hemorrhaging jobs and selling them to foreign companies for pennies on the dollar. The quality of the work performed by these foreign companies has proven, time and time again, to be sub-par at best, mediocre at worst. We need to bring those jobs back to America.
By adding a tax penalty for every job a company "sells" to a foreign company, we can discourage this practice and bring those jobs back to where they belong. This will create more opportunities for honest, quality work and truly lower unemployment.
Americans can not get a job because the jobs do not exist. By curbing foreign outsourcing, we can begin taking back what is truly ours - our jobs - and get the country back on track.
