Institute term limits of 1 term, 6 years long for all Federal Gov't politicians: House, Senate, and President. Afterwards, the politicians are strictly limited to any interaction with the federal government. This law would eliminate career politicians and any politician's concern about re-election. Their motivation will change from preserving their jobs to doing what is best for the country. Also, we would have to elect replacements, regardless.
