All government post whether elected or appointed should be limited to a maximum of two terms. No term should be longer than 5 years. No individual should be allowed to serve more than two terms in total.
Our government should be made up of those who are willing to serve the people and not by those groomed to political office. No individual should ever become an institution in government. Politician must not be a career.
