Institute term limits for any elected office. Abolish any retirement/stipend for former elected officials.

Effective immediately, any elected government position is subject to a term limit of 2 (two) years.

Abolish any retirement/stipend/benefit associated with any elected government office for officials no longer in office.

Elected officials may draw a salary/wage while in office, but all monies paid and benefits end once their term is over.
All members of the Judicial branches will receive the same benefit package given to their aides.

Retroactive for a period of 10 (ten) years.
Supersedes any bill/law passed in the previous 20 (twenty) years.
