Institute term limits for Senators and Congressmen.

Term limits of any sort were not present in the initial drafting of the constitution. This is because the founding fathers trusted the precedent set by early politicians to create an unofficial limit. This proved not to be the case, and a limit of two terms was imposed on the presidency. However, such a limit has never been placed on the House and Senate. This does not mean that such a limit is unnecessary. Senators and congressmen have been allowed to establish dynasties that last for decades. Many even die in office, spending the last few years of their service as a burden rather than an aid. Term limits are necessary to abolish the American Aristocracy that the lack of limits has created. Senators should be limited to two terms and Congress, limited to four terms.
