Institute training for law enforcement officers in the aspect of their daily patrol in handling a unfamiliar canine.

Created by E.C. on July 10, 2013

In the epidemic that is happening in America where police officers are killing innocent dogs because they have no training or experience in dealing with a unfamiliar dog and whereby some of these shootings have been in front of children and has cause great emotional distress for them we are asking for the federal government that gives out funds to police agencies that they are held responsible for protecting The People's Property under the 4th Amendment Rights and to have them give regulations in instituting such a training for officers.
Law enforcement is to protect life and property where a canine is both.
