Institute a two-term limit for Congress with no retirement and adherence to same health care as all other US Citizens.

Congress is the most dysfunctional of any that I can remember. We the people, vote for and send them to Washington to represent us. Some US citizens vote without conscience and continue to send the same individuals to Washington each election. Our great country, The United States of America, deserve more than to have a large contingency of Congress who are self-seeking and have no desire to seek the interests of their constituents. Republicans and Democrats alike are bent on not compromising with one another. The recent "fiscal cliff" is further evidence of this fact. They refuse to work together and only do so when the results would be catastrophic if they do not act. Enacting term limits is the solution to this problem.
