Institute 'The Walking Dead' National Defense Plan. A Plan of Action in the event of a 'Zombie Apocalypse'

The AMC Television series 'The Walking Dead' depicts a complete breakdown of any form of government procedures and emergency actions against the sudden epidemic of an undead infestation. The Obama Administration should institute The 'Walking Dead' National Defense Plan that would direct: The National Guard, State Troopers, Sheriff Departments, Municipal Police Departments, and local noncombatant civilians on how to effectively handle a Zombie Outbreak so as to avoid an affluence of anarchy throughout the nation. The Centers for Disease Control has a temporary preperation plan against the incursion of Zombies, but there is no official government plan of action on how to handle such a disaster. To ensure the safety of the American People, establish The Walking Dead National Defense Plan.
