After buying and selling 3 firearms in Texas off Craigslist, my friend was assaulted by a team of 15 ATF agents in a parking lot. They threatened to take away his 3-year old daughter, because he didn't have a dealers' license. The weapons were unloaded. This should not be a federal issue. State regulations are sufficient.
