All of the engineering studies to date have found that BP, Halliburton, and all other corporations involved in the Gulf oil spill cut corners, ignored safety standards and exhibited a general disregard for the consequences of their action. We the People feel that there is sufficient proof beyond a reasonable doubt to convict those corporations of criminal negligence.
The citizens of the United States want to see those who despoil our natural resources prosecuted. Please instruct Attorney General Holder to immediately begin the prosecution of those corporations who were responsible for the oil spill.
