We the People petition President Obama to instruct Congress to end the practice of Daylight Saving Time. For years the people have asked for the practice of Daylight Saving Time to end. In the fairly recent history it has been shortened but the time has come to now end it in its entirety. In today's day it does not save energy. Our world today is constantly "on" 24/7/365 and never shuts down.
