DEA classification of FDA approved drug, BELVIQ. It has been 5 months since the drug has been approved. However, DEA is holding the drug despite FDA recommendation of Schedule IV. We the people are waiting for this drug desperately to be available. Please release the drug NOW. In my opinion, DEA should classify this drug SCHEDULE V so that we can use the drug without doctor's prescriptiom each time for refill.
