A petition for the President of the United States to instruct the Department of Justice to investigate whether civil rights laws have been broken by the City of Houston, Texas. Whereas, the City of Houston has allegedly violated the 1st Amendment rights accorded by the U.S. Constitution for freedom of religion and a redress of greivenaces. Whereas, if evidence warrants it, a grand jury be convened to indict officials of the City of Houston.
