We the undersigned, request the Obama Administration, with due haste, begin an investigation into the actions of Gilberton Pennsylvania police chief Mark Kessler and the "CSF" (Constitutional Security Force).
Mr. Kessler has, on numerous occasions, made direct threat against elected government officials, representatives of the people, and the government of the United States.
We believe these actions are in direct violation of 18 USC Chapter 115 - "Treason, Sedition, and Subversive Activities", sections 2384 (Seditious Conspiracy) , 2389 (Recruiting for service against United States) and 2390 (Enlistment to serve against United States).
