Instruct the DOJ to enforce current laws of criminal violation and promotion of violation of US law against Rev Huckabee

Since its founding, the Constitution of the United States empowers only the Supreme Court of the United State to determine Constitutional law.

Rev. Huckabee is telling his followers they do not need to follow the law if they don't like it.

He needs to be prosecuted for criminal solicitation of a crime.
