President elect Trump has been unable to live up to his own goal of transparency in government (see: drain the swamp) because, as he has repeatedly stated, the IRS has unfairly subjected his personal federal income taxes to audit. The Obama administration should instruct the IRS to end this unwarranted audit so that Mr. Trump can finally reveal to the American people the complete lack of conflict of interest he will bring to the office of the presidency.
