Instruct the ND National Guard to enforce the denial of permits for work on DAPL and uphold the rule of law.

We are supposed to be a nation of laws, and the brazen statement to the effect that "we'll just go ahead and violate the law, paying the fines" does not make a good corporate citizen. Perhaps their corporate charter can be stripped too, but that's a matter for another day. DO YOUR DUTY THAT THE LAWS BE FAITHFULLY EXECUTED.
