American Corperations demand to be considered "An Leagal Person". With that, they now accept that as a "Legal Person", they too are subject to ANY LAWS that effect any other "Person".
With this Petition, we are requesting the President to instruct the AG of the United States to develop guidelines in which any American Citizen can charge any Corperate officer, reguardless of placement, with the charge of Murder if they knew inadvance that death could occur with use of product or in making a decesion about Safety when only a "costs verses limit damages due to lawsuits" is made.
