I was involved in a terrible auto accident while at work and called my employer that day. This accident has been a total nightmare trying to get my surgery that I need. I have been to severa doctors for MMI rating which states i need this surgery asap but the insurance company refused to let's this happen. Because of our disability or workers compensation laws in and keeps playing games. In Texas this has been an ongoing issue receivin my compensation money that by laws I should be getting by law and not forcing me to return to work and injured myself again. Mr Obama need to address this laws for everyone in this same suitation. Isn't fair to Tax- payers to have to go through this especially someone that severe his country.
