Insurances usually covers for abortions, miscarriages or covers a woman if she wants to have 10 kids but usually does not cover women who want kids but can't have them the natural way.
Women who can't have kids already suffer, most don't have money to pay for treatments and have one failure after another. Women who can't have kids cry, suffer and always ask how come other women have coverage to have a kid but we that can't are punished by having no coverage but also no money to pay for it.
If women have coverage to have has many kids as they want then women that can't have kids should have coverage to have a kid.
