Insurance market for houses, cars and life is a scam that only makes it difficult for a person who follows all the rules, but lives in an area where the above items are RED LINED costing double or sometimes triple the amount of money paid out in other areas. Urban cities say they want people back, but charge higher housing, car and life insurance premiums. Living in a descent area of the city only makes the red lining much worse. The taxes are higher, the premiums are higher and you get fewer city services, but yet they say they want you back!
