Insurances shouldn't count domestic violence as a preexisting condition.

Created by A.L. on November 12, 2012

Domestic Violence shouldn't be considered a preexisting condition. Their isn't a law that says insurance companies have to take in a domestic violence mother or child. Federally no insurance company should be aloud to say if you are a domestic violence survivor you can't get health insurance. Honestly if someone commits a domestic violence act they should pay for their actions or if they commit crimes like rape. Also insurances should be made that if a women or child is raped they can't say that is a preexisting condition also. I'm a rape & domestic violence victim & its already hard because once the person abuses they are always an abuser & I don't get the protection for my son or me.
