We, the people, no longer accept the payment of fines as justice being served for perpetrators of grand-scale corruption at our financial institutions; doing so would be to accept justice for some and not for all, to endorse illegal behavior as a nation and to undermine the integrity of the Federal Reserve Act. In addition, the Securities and Exchange Commission should offer NO WAIVERS for these criminals to conduct business as usual.
Upcoming guilty pleas from Barclays, JP Morgan Chase, Citigroup and the Royal Bank of Scotland should be fully punishable according to the law.
