All candidates for the Office of the President of the United States, shall prove through legal means, to the Attorney General of the United States, that they meet all the legal requirements for the position, called for in the US Constitution (Article II, Section 1, Paragraph 5) as follows:
No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty-five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.
Once declared as a candidate, they must "immediately" present their Long form and short form Birth Certificate to the US Attorney General for legal verification
