Insure that the better parent is chosen to be the custodial parent after devorce through court decesion.

In most states the mother is given custody of the children after devorce. Fathers are often ignored as a valued parent and put in the role of provider and part time parent. The court system should have to decide upon evidence, who the custodial parent should be after a devorce. This would insure that the most propper parent becomes the custodial parent. In most states the mother is given automatic custody, even if she could be an unfit parent. In the interest of our children I plea that it be mandated that parents undergo investigation to be deemed to be custodial or noncustodial parents via the court system. It is sexual descrimination to automaticly give a mother custody of the children after a devorce.
