Drivers and Pedestrians in most states are covered in the case of auto accidents. However, in the state of Florida no such protections exist.
If a Driver of an Automobile hits a Pedestrian , be it on foot or bike or any other form, the Pedestrian suffers because there is no insurance coverage to cover loss of wages, medical expenses, pain and suffering and any other loss.
We must Urge our Governor to enact legislation that would Require Auto Insurance Companies to Automatically Provide a Minimum of $150,000 Coverage for all insured Drivers, per accident, per person involved.
