Insure proper communication in getting a job for deaf and hard of hearing

There has been discrimination among the corporation such as WalMart, United Parcel Service..I am one of the deaf ciztens of united state struggling to get a job and was fired for fault asscuation..I am asking upon the ADA and White House and other federal and state and local government to crackdown on racial profiling on hiring and firing deaf and hard of hearing American we need tough law on these employers and empower the workers relationship throughout the united state..am urging some justice to be handle on company who reject or biased against deaf and hard of hearing ciztens ..... I want to be the voice for my fellow deaf Americans to know we will overcome this struggle with the help of our government in all areas in the united state...
