Insure that the state court system always provide Due Process of Law regardless to Race/Color and veteran status.

I was denied Due Process of the Law on 29 July 2011 in Fairfax county court by Judge Ian M O'Flaherty. This unjust ruling awarded the tenant $2500.00 (security deposit) and deprived me out of over $5015.00 (Landlord) for damages that the tenant deliberately done to the property . The security deposit was being detained IAW virginia landlord Tenant guidlines. Plus the judge violated several Canons. I have contacted the Governor, Judicial Review Board, Virginia Supreme Court all to no avail. I am a 100% Disabled Vietnam War veteran suffering from several illnesses plus PTSD, which is continiously being flared up and subjecting me to a heart attack and continious suicidal thoughts.I have been suffering for over 8 years in Virginia from the police and court system with no end insight.
