Insure the temperature inside our Chesterbrook office location remains closer to 70 degrees than 80 degrees

Would like to have the temperature of our office maintained at a temp closer to 70 degrees. When the temperatures are closer to 80 degrees it becomes quite difficult to remain comfortable enough to focus on work. This results in less productivity while more precious natural resources are being consumed to heat the office to excessive temperatures.
