Insured Civil Rights for fair and equitable settlements from Auto Insurance Companies and Employers Disability Benefits.

Created by E.T. on August 28, 2014

Waiting up to 10 years is unacceptable for a fair and equitable settlement, only to be worse off by end of a court case. Currently, the only other option is to be "low balled" by insurer and accept typically 10% of claim value.

There are loopholes and no penalties for "bad faith" practices by employers under ERISA (Employee Benefit Plans) . And, currently employers pay out 20% of disability policies. This leaves the majority of injured living in poverty, having only their Social Security Disability as income.

Auto Insurance Companies use their $500/hour attorneys and in-house resources to delay, reduce, or eliminate legitimate claims. The injured are disillusioned regarding the fairness of the auto insurance claim process.

Mr. President, injured need Insured Civil Rights.
