Although today's workplace requires the people who are interested in science, technology, engineering, and math, competitors around the world are coming up with new ideas and creations - Innovation.
Creativity is needed for innovation. By investing a little more in education, we can integrate Art into S.T.E.M. Some countries are currently doing this.
We can stop outsourcing jobs to other nations. We can create more jobs in America. We can get out of our National Debt, just by spending a little more money to help fund the topic of Art.
Imagination and creativity will make us then think about what S.T.E.M. covers. There is no S.T.E.M. if there is no creativity. The creativity will come from Art.
