Americans are being held captive by the relentless and inhumane acts by criminal gangs on our streets. Local law enforcement is overwhelmed with the number of gang members, and the gangs know it. They are growing at a staggering rate. Local gang units are not staffed or equipped to handle the war on the streets. By integrating military personnel with local law enforcement and local gang units, the show of force and active presence in our neighborhoods will allow citizens to feel safe in their homes and communities. Our military deals with terrorists overseas...but it's time to take care of the terrorists in our own back yard!
