Intentional Excessive Force & Civil Rights Abuse by Police

Created by F.U. on December 13, 2012

All city & county law enforcement officers will submit to a lie detector test when force has been used to resolve any encounter with the public to determine if the person's civil rights were intentionally violated or excessive force was used. In California more incidents are being reported about excessive & deadly force by police. Los Anglese & Orange county are the leaders in having lawsuits filed against them for excessive force. In September of 2012 a lady in Sun Valley was body slamed twice by the LAPD for using her cell phone while driving, the second slam occured after she had already been handcuffed & put in the patrol car & then removed for the assult on her. 2 years ago a homeless man was beaten severly by Anahiem police & died 5 days later. The beating was captured on CCTV.
