Intercontinental missile, aircraft, and space debris defense shield I.e. meteorite and asteroids

Creation of grants to help with the development of an exceptially ultra high frequency missile, meteorite and asteroid defense shield for the continental United States. The technology will use satellite targeting technologies along with the incorporation of nuclear power to deploy a targeted burst of rf that shall deactivate and destroy missiles prior to entering the United States territory. It will also be used as a preemptive measure in satalites to alter the dimensions of space debris, thereby altering their projectories to prevent the small but possible threat they pose to American life. During times of war the technology shall be appropriated for use as an offensive weapon for preemptive strikes against enemy equipment and defenses.
