In the interest of economic fairness in taxing the "rich", I here by put forth that the fair tax be instituted.

I propose that the Fair Tax would be fair in taxing everyone in every social class. You make more and eat at fancy restaurants, they would pay more in taxes. Furthermore, I would add 1 addendum to the fair tax that for every 10 million in NET profit, a mandatory donation of 0.1% be made. This donation would top out at 10% at 1 billion in net profit thus satisfying "The Social Good". Such donations would go to scholarships, grants, even the US tax fund (yes, there is a mechanism already in place so that people that don't feel they are taxed enough are free to help by donation, no need for top down government.).
