In the interest of restoring the concept that "all men are created equal" it's critical that our nations leaders make a public statement correcting the unjust policies that direct the systematic labeling of groups of people by irrelevant superficial traits and the resultant unequal treatment of people within those groups. All should be protected equally under the law and no one class protected more than another.
