In the interest of National Security to disable the internet and cell activity for approx 3-6 months to defeat Isis.

Disabling(turning off) the Internet and cell activity(if possible) would allow the US and allies to get ahead of the recruiting and planning of attacks by Isis. By cutting their communication/recruitment ties we would be able to bomb their "caliphate" to dust and when internet and cell activity resumed this threat would be gone. Many Americans would rather give up this luxury for a couple of months than have boots on the ground and thus saving lives.
While disabling the internet and cell activity for the period of 3-6 months would disrupt some consumer/business activity perhaps tax credits would help defer some of the losses incured, perhaps taken out of the monies that would have been spent on a cost war.
