China goverment has put the oil rig Haiyang 981 in a illegal way. Both Vietnam's goverment and Vietnamese DO NOT ACCEPT IT HAPPEN on Vietnam teritory. But the situation is really hard for us, so this Petition is as a request for helping from other country which have ability to do something for Vietnam and futher, for other Southeast Asia countries. Any help from International country is a great thing, and we are very thankful for that!
