Make Internet service be considered a basic human right. Internet service providers must provide reliable internet, with reasonable costs. They also must cater to every household (within reason) with superior product standards, and service. Internet service providers that deprive citizens with sub-par service will result in punishments similar to denying a human of the basic needs of survival.
