Internet Service Provider monopolies, bandwidth, and speed throttling.

Many citizens are stuck with an internet monopoly and those who aren't are still stuck between providers. Currently these providers(cable and cellular) are limiting bandwidth, throttling speed, and charging large sums of money for internet(data) use. These companies are racking profits with free reign over everyone, while other developed countries are passing us in technology because of this. We the people cannot simply stop using the internet to petition this problem, because we need it in this day and age. We need to set a specific standard for these companies(Most likely ending badwidth limits all together and increasing the use of fiber optics). We need this issue addressed and fixed so that technology use increases, furthering us into a smarter more devoloped future.
