Internship programs for high school graduate students who cannot afford to go to college

There is a need for internships. Even though many students attend college, they are not able to find a job because they are so young or there are no open positions in their particular career choice. Internship programs create paid or unpaid jobs for anyone who have at least graduated high school. It is for those who are just starting to explore career options and are taking the first step toward furthering their education. This program will not require the student to have previously had job experience. This will give the student the confidence and skills they need in understanding job search. Examples of career paths could include: art, cosmetology, construction, education, entertainment, medical, technology, and more. The government could make these programs available in more communities.
