intervene and help people in Iraq especially in Musel to get rid of The terrorist groups that threatens the people there

I am one of the people who petitions American government to help Iraqi people in Musel and other cities to get rid of the armed terrorist group who threatens the civil people and force them to leave the city wearing just their clothes.... the situation there is really bad and these terrorists should learn a lesson that America is always there to defeat them and assist people who have no power.
