This petition is being drafted to demand assistance from the executive branch of government, to assist the citizens of Detroit in improving public safety techniques and response times.
Also there should be a law in place that provides a per officer to a certain number of citizens ratio.
For instance, depending on a cities populations, they would be required to always have a certain number of officers on duty, for maximum protection.
