Whereas Russia has annexed Crimea despite repeated warnings by other world powers that no right is given to Russia, and whereas Muslim Tartars in Crimea are being displaced, and whereas Russia has recently announced its concern over Russian-speaking peoples in Estonia, be it resolved through this petition that the Obama administration should pursue all efforts along with NATO and the EU to display a show of force to discourage and repeal Russia's expansionist efforts into post-soviet countries.
