Russian actions in the Ukraine not only destabilizes the Ukraine but also Eastern Europe and our EU allies. Russia has routinely violated international law and norms and protects those who do the same. Russian actions in the Ukraine represent a serious threat to international security and stability and we must respond forcefully in order to prevent future aggression.
