Intervene in the current South Sudan crisis as both leaders are not willing to bring a lasting peace to save the people

Created by K.T. on July 16, 2014

Since December, 2013, South Sudan witnessed the worst genocide in Juba and many other towns of Malakal, Bor and Bentiu. The crisis started as a political differences between the SPLM leadership but slipped into ethnic line with massive killing base on tribal lines. Despite the effort by the regional bloc of IGAD to broker peace, the leaders of the two factions have shown no commitment to peace process. The killing continues everywhere in the country targeting civilians even in the capital Juba. This petition call on the Obama Administration to intervene immediately to save the dying innocent civilians from their brutal leaders. It really make no sense to sit on the fence and see south Sudanese children perishing daily, unless humanity is not in its place, we must be quick to save live
