Intervene in the proceedings for unjustified UCMJ actions taken against sexually assaulted servicemembers.

Created by K.S. on December 11, 2012

Women in the military get sexually assaulted and harassed on a daily basis. Recently, SPC Meka Harding was punished and reduced in rank with 8 days left of her Active Duty in the United States Army. Her unit, 8 HHC TSC, is unjustifiably punishing her for having the courage to stand up and report that higher ranking members of her chain of command sexually assaulted and harassed her. There are thousands of servicemembers with the exact same story and the Government of the People is not doing anything to stop this injustice. I am asking President Barrack Obama to regulate his armed forces as the Commander-in-Chief. To put a regulating authority in place so that unit Commanders are held to the same regulations that they hold their subordinates to and properly investigate the IG complaints.
