This petition is to limit congressional powers and benefits through new amendments to the constitution.
28th Amendment: Under no circumstance shall members of the House of Representatives, the United States Supreme Court, and the United States Congress be given retreats and recess outside of federal holidays, unless under exception of extreme circumstances.
29th Amendment: No person elected to the United States Senate or the United States House of Representatives shall be elected more than twice. This article includes current sitting members of Congress who are eligible for reelection.
30th Amendment: Members of Congress are forbidden to raise or lower congressional salaries unless under special and extreme circumstances.
